I was drawn to Mumbai’s vibrant architecture and energy, exploring how that rhythm could live in type. Inspired by the kinetic balance of Alexander Calder’s mobiles, I created a display typeface and identity system that translates movement, structure, and playfulness into each letterform.

Font

I drew from Mumbai’s vertical density and layered architecture to shape the typeface. By combining geometric forms with shifting visual weight, each letter explores balance, rhythm, and a sense of movement.

Posters

I designed a series to introduce each participating artist while keeping a consistent typographic structure. The generative backgrounds adapt to each artist’s visual language, allowing the identity to shift while still feeling connected.

Generative Design & Installation

I extended the identity into an interactive installation inspired by Calder’s mobiles. Guests can explore each artist and adjust scale, perspective, and speed, allowing the compositions to shift and rebalance in real time.
